Italian brewing, the Shepherd Neame history, the 2018 switch and the UK ABV are all sourced to trade press or the UK retailer small print. Exact end date of the Shepherd Neame contract is given as 2017 to early 2018 (The Grocer reported the change in late 2017, the relaunch was January 2018); treat the 2017 end date as approximate.

The small print on the base of a current can or bottle, giving the producer name and address, would settle this.
